The house was built in the early 1920's. The house has the classical fraternity design and a beautifully maintained yard.

Our physical chapter house offers just as much and more than the Residence Halls. As a WSU Fraternity we are required to meet WSU Freshman Approved housing standards, and we meet a variety of requirements to ensure a safe, healthy, and quality living enviroment. Some of these requirements are health inspections, fire inspections, and a fully functioning fire supression system all of which we meet above and beyond requirements.
